From July to December 2020 a collective work in the rural, post-industrial, multicultural community of Aspropyrgos is taking place. The program Amoli II, part of which is the work Agricultural Traces of Aspropyrgos II, is a series of site-specific performances, activities with the participation of the local population and outdoor screenings.
The program begins on July 17th and August 2nd with the presentation of the art work Agricultural Traces of Aspropyrgos II on the farms. The project includes video projections, performances, participatory activities, music and captures the culture of Arvanite farmers and Pontic Greeks as well as their relationship with arable land.
The project is created and organised by the visual and performance artist Emilia Bouriti and is now in its second year.
It is taking place with the support of NEON Organization.
