Entrance is free, by timed ticket booked in advance only. You may stay onsite for maximum 2 hours, not exceeding the exhibition opening hours.
HEALTH + SAFETY MEASURES
In accordance with the health authorities’ requirements, all visitors must present ONE of the following:
– a Covid-19 vaccination certificate
– a certificate of recovery from Covid-19 (up to 3 months old)
Minors 4 to 17 years old can, alternatively present a self-test up to 24 hours prior to the visit.
Visitors will also be asked to provide photo identification.
Face coverings are required for entry and must be worn at all times. Visitors must maintain proper social distance and be mindful of the allotted time. Please use the provided contactless temperature check upon arrival.
Please reschedule your appointment if you are currently exhibiting known symptoms of Covid-19 or have tested positive for Covid-19 in the past 14 days, or if you live or interact closely with anyone currently exhibiting known symptoms of COVID-19 or who has tested positive for Covid-19 in the past 14 days. NEON and the Hellenic Parliament reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone not wearing a face covering, anyone declining a temperature check prior to entry, or anyone exhibiting known symptoms of Covid-19.
GENERAL POLICIES
The former Public Tobacco Factory building is owned by the Hellenic Parliament and therefore, for security purposes, visitors may be asked to show a valid ID or other official identification document upon entry and walk through metal detector.We welcome visitors with young children and prams/strollers to come and enjoy the exhibition. Children up to the age of 3 must be in a pram while onsite. Children’s bicycles, trikes and scooters are not allowed inside the exhibition halls. Guide dogs are welcome. Bags and rucksacks must be deposited in the cloakroom upon arrival. The cloakroom service is free.
