INFORMATION STATEMENT OF INDIVIDUALS (SUBJECTS) FOR THE PROCESSING OF THEIR PERSONAL DATA UNDER THE OPERATION OF VIDEO SURVELLANCE
NEON CULTURE AND DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 Aiming on protecting and securing their facilities and assets as well as persons inside their facilities, the company “NEON CULTURE AND DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION” with distinctive title “NEON” (hereinafter NEON) located at 89 Amarousiou Chalandriou Street in Chalandri (hereinafter the “Company”) has installed and operates a video surveillance system in the premises of the Exhibition Dream On (hereinafter “Exhibition”).
1.2 The present Statement is intended to provide you with information about how the Company processes your personal data as well as about your rights as a data subject.
2. RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
2.1 In this Statement, NEON is the Controller within the meaning of the law.
3. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
3.1 The legal basis on which the processing of the subject’s personal data is based on the given case is the support of NEON’s legal interests and more specifically, the assurance of the protection and security of the facilities and assets, including works of art exposed to the public, as well as of the persons who are on the Exhibition’s premises.
4. TYPE OF PERSONAL DATA AND METHOD OF PROCESSING
4.1 The personal data collected by NEON consists of the image of the people who enter and leave the premises of the Exhibition as well as any other personal information related to the present purpose of processing you might communicate to us on your own initiative.
5. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
5.1 Your personal data will be used for the purpose of securing the facilities of the Exhibition and the persons and goods located there.
6. WHO IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA SHARED WITH
6.1 Your personal data will be made available only to the duly authorized employees of NEON, who are in charge of the tasks of safeguarding the security of the Exhibition premises as well as the authorized department of the IT department.
6.2 As part of our business, we may disclose your information to service providers, such as security and information technology processing companies. We prohibit such suppliers from using the above information or disclosing it for any purpose other than the provision of services on our behalf. We will ensure that your personal data is adequately and appropriately protected when disclosed to authorized third parties.
6.3 Exceptionally we may disclose your personal information to third parties, including the competent police and prosecuting authorities, only if there is a statutory obligation to do so, or in case we are required to do so by a decision or order of a judicial, regulatory or other public authority.
7. WHERE YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS TRANSMITTED
7.1 The personal data we collect is stored on secure servers within the European Union.
7.2 As part of the processing described in this Statement, we may outsource the processing of or disclose your personal data to third parties established in non-EU countries. Thus, your personal information may be processed by staff operating outside the EU or employed by us or one of our suppliers.
7.3 No matter in which country your personal data is disclosed, we shall communicate your personal data only in those cases where there is a strong need for it and always in accordance with appropriate security guarantees (such as the approved Standard Contractual Clauses). 8. TIME YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS BEING RESERVED
8.1 We shall keep your personal data for that period of time that is absolutely necessary to achieve the purpose of their collection but also in accordance with applicable law.
8.2 Your personal data collected in accordance with this Statement will be destroyed within fifteen (15) calendar days from their collection. If there is a legal urgent need of NEON, especially in the context of investigating security incidents within the premises of the Exhibition, we may keep your personal information for a longer period of time, always in accordance with the specific provisions of applicable law. In case your personal data is not necessary for the above purposes, it will be safely destroyed.
9. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS
9.1 Without prejudice of the applicable law, you have the right of access, i.e. to be informed upon your request whether or not your personal data is being processed and to receive further information. In addition, you have the right to request the rectification of your inaccurate personal data. Also, if the conditions of the law are met, you have the right to erasure, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing.

9.3 If such a request results in the breach of the obligations of NEON or in the event that the information accessed would result in the disclosure of another person’s personal data, we may not be able to satisfy your request. In any case you may request that the use of your personal data is restricted from further processing.
9.4 You can finally file a complaint with the competent Data Protection Authority.

10.1 We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect the integrity and security of all of our information, including the personal data we hold.
