NEON collaborated with the cypriot artist Maria Loizidou. This contemporary installation, A TRANSFER, was presented in the premises of the ancient cemetery and the museum of Kerameikos, one of the most significant monuments of Ancient Athens. The intellectual and artistic approach of the artist initiated a creative dialogue between the memory of the place and the traces of the ancient traditional Greek art of weaving combined with the current technology to manipulate the material (fiber of stainless steel).
CITY PROJECT is an initiative on public art and the city which is conceived and commissioned by NEON, realized annually.
